Made from a sheet of 1-inch plexiglass discarded for scratches, polished clear on top until they disappear. Ninety-nine bubble forms are CNC-carved into the underside, each fitted with a bendable aluminum-wire leg wrapped in rubber hose with a cane tip — modeled on pollywogs hatching from eggs in the pond behind the house where Andrew grew up, where he and his brother used to scoop up the jelly-like egg clusters and let them run through their fingers. There's no applied finish; the only surface texture is what the CNC tooling left behind.
